anyways, i was brought here because i was thinking of getting an sd card with a fully independent os for my surface pro if i burn a ubuntu iso onto the microsd, you wouldnt actually be installing the os onto the sd card right? every time you boot, it would be the live-cd ubuntu is there a way to install the full os onto the microsd?
